Sales Executive (UK or Dublin)

memoQ is looking for a Sales Executive to further improve our market position and contribute to the company’s financial growth. In this position you work on long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You work closely with your colleagues in the sales team and report to the Head of Marketing and Sales to increase sales opportunities with potential new leads, follow up according to specific sales cycle stages, and ultimately convert them into clients.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Identify potential sales opportunity, conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to develop new accounts
• Analyse the client’s needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
• Follow up with leads generated by marketing and BDRs
• Organize trainings and demos to demonstrate product features
• Collect feedback from existing accounts and prospects
• Understanding the market, the competitors and the whole product portfolio locally and internationally, make competitive analysis
• Provide market feedback to Sales Manager
• Relay technical issues to Support
• Report on every lead or prospect in the CRM
• Managing accounts by following up on existing deployments
• Represent memoQ at conferences and exhibitions
• Give input to sales strategy and pricing structure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Sales experience in the language services industry and/or the tech industry
• Understanding of business processes
• Experience in winning new customers
• Proven track of building good relationships with external customers
• Sales attitude and strong customer focus
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ambitious, self-confident, enthusiastic

Location: United Kingdom or Dublin

Compensation: Competitive salary.
