We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts and to manage Hubspot's marketing platform. The promotion of memoQ’s products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. 


Manages content in WordPress CMS and inbound/SEO strategy (uploads new content; edits existing content, promotion with help of agencies, harmonizes communication between sales, marketing and production, facilitates and manages content creation based on these requests).

Manages HubSpot’s marketing automation functionalities (sets up/manages chatbots, forms, routing, developing scripts/playbooks, workflows. manages user lists, maintains owned resources).

Works together with the digital marketing team in creating landing pages, email templates, CTAs, workflows, in handling the marketing automation system, A/B testing, segmenting.

Manages memoQ webinars (set-up, promotion, hosting, distribution-seeding, analytics and reporting).

Manages Social Media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), incl. content upload, reporting and community management.

Takes care of communication of the quarterly memoQ releases (written & video content, reporting on releases).

Participates in content development (incl. blog posts, e-books, the annual trend report, videos, animation) as well as the localization of these.

Manages digital design requests; provides specifications; developing briefs; coordinates with design agency for content, manages creative production for PPC purposes.

Creates & manages email campaigns.

Works with other members of the sales team on campaigns, content creation and lead generation platforms.

Manages our referral program.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing 
  • Deep understanding of Hubspot’s functionality 
  • Data-driven, results-focused and tech-savvy 
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience in B2B 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team 
  • Self-motivated to learn about new methods and techniques 
  • Proficient in English  
  • Accuracy, exceptional analytical skillsdetail-oriented 
  • Strong ability to execute multiple campaigns and tasks on time 
  • Up-to-date on the current digital trends
