Norbert Oroszi is the Chief Executive Officer at memoQ, a translation technology company that helps teams and individuals manage their translation related work. More than 25,000 large and small organizations, individuals – including some of the biggest names in manufacturing, health care, and technology such as Nintendo, Siemens, Varian – use memoQ's project management, and translation products to work smarter and deliver quality results on time.Norbert joined the company in 2013 and used to be Production Manager for memoQ, where he controlled product planning, development, QA, release, and documentation. During these years memoQ reached the level to be one of the most-used translation software.Before joining memoQ he built up a solid more than 16 years long career in technology driven companies as a senior consultant and IT architect.

Brúnó Bitter

Head of Global Marketing

Brúnó Bitter is Head of Global Marketing and Communications at memoQ. Brúnó is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications, including digital, brand, print, PR, social media, events and internal communications. The team led by Bruno also supports R&D, sales and service operations and has a key responsibility in customer lifecycle management. Prior to joining memoQ, Brúnó was leading his digital communication agency, Next Wave Europe, partnering with brands like Nike, UPC, L’Oréal and IBM. He is an award winning strategist and creative director with 20 years marketing and communications experience and a huge passion for the arts.

Zsolt Farkas

Services Manager

Zsolt is responsible for the services the company offers to users and which support our primary offering: memoQ translation software and Language Terminal. Zsolt and his team assure that our back-end systems run smoothly and that our technology is always available to the general public. He is constantly looking to improve the company's systems to better support our users and business model. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT and has previously worked as Chief Information Officer in regional government offices in Hungary. Before becoming Services Manager, Zsolt contributed to the development of memoQ's products as a software designer. Zsolt has a strong preference for tennis.

Florian Sachse

Production Manager

Florian manages the development of memoQ, WebTrans and QTerm. He has been working for Kilgray since 2013. One of his first development projects dating more than 30 years back was to get German umlaute into an English word processor application. As managing director of PASS Engineering, the initial focus was the development of mission critical software for clinical analyzers. It was not until 1998 that Florian got involved in language technology when PASS Engineering introduced the leading software localization solution PASSOLO to the market. Since then he has stayed loyal to the localization industry.

Márton Horváth

Support Manager

Márton Horvath is memoQ’s support manager and his team provides support to our worldwide customer base. Márton joined memoQ in 2010 and was appointed as our first manager of the support team at the beginning of September 2012. When not working Márton is a keen gamer and particularly likes playing the games designed by some of our customers.

Balázs Kis

Chairman of the Board

Balázs is one of the founders of memoQ, with decades of experince in IT, translation, and natural language processing. He has a degree in IT engineering and a PhD in applied linguistics from the University of Pécs. At the start of his career, he was a Microsoft systems engineer and trainer and one of the prominent Hungarian IT authors with over 20 titles published. He was also the head of research and development at MorphoLogic, and taught translation technology at the ELTE University of Budapest. He’s got massive experience in collaborative translation and project management. In addition to his board duties, he is responsible for technical communication and knowledge management at memoQ.

Peter Reynolds

Member of the Board

Peter is a localization industry veteran who joined Kilgray after having worked for Berlitz, Bowne Global Solutions, Lionbridge and Idiom Technologies Inc. Peter worked for Kilgray as an Executive Director for more than seven years, managing partnerships, training and academic programs. Today he is a member of the Kilgray Board, an entity that sets directions on the company’s long term goals. He holds an MBA from the Open University. He has been actively involved with development of translation industry standard including XLIFF at OASIS and was project editor of ISO 17100.
