The primary focus of this role is to align and streamline sales, marketing, and customer success operations within memoQ in order to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. You will bring improved efficiency, data-driven insights, and unified processes across the teams. You will also act as the internal representative of the Sales department, coordinating with other functions (Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product) to optimise processes and enhance the customer journey.

CRM & Sales Tools Management

  • Administer and optimize the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Coordinate with the Regional Directors to configure pipelines, properties, workflows, and automations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and enforce data hygiene practices.Train and support sales reps, BDMs and CSMs in tool usage.

Sales Process Design & Optimization

  • Design, document, and roll out scalable sales processes that align with company growth goals.
  • Map out the sales funnel from lead to close.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Directors and other departments to reduce the sales cycle.
  • Standardize sales stages, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.
  • Build scalable playbooks and documentation.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create dashboards and reports for sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, quota attainment)
  • Analyze trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Own forecasting models and pipeline health reporting.
  • Track performance against targets for reps and teams.

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and collateral.
  • Onboard new sales team members on tools and processes.
  • Work with leadership to define compensation structures, quotas, and territories.
  • Support managers in coaching reps using performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on lead scoring, campaign attribution, and MQL → SQL handoff.
  • Work with Customer Success on renewals, upsell processes, and churn reduction.
  • Align with Finance for forecasting, revenue recognition, and commissions.
  • Bridge the gap between sales, product, and operations for smoother workflows.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Evaluate and implement new sales technologies.
  • Support GTM (go-to-market) strategy by providing operational insights.
  • Help design territory planning and capacity models.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales efficiency and productivity.

In addition to the above, role keeper shall perform any other tasks as may be designated by the direct lead which is closely related to the position


  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related sales leadership roles in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of working with Hubspot.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing sales processes and workflows across multiple teams.
  • Strong background in reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product).
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (in English)
