What you’ll do in this role at memoQ?
As a member of memoQ’s Sales Team, you will
- Assist in managing a portfolio of customers across various industries, supporting their onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes.
- Identify opportunities to help customers expand their use of memoQ and inform the team of potential upsell opportunities.
- Support the achievement of customer retention and satisfaction goals by ensuring customers are successful with our solutions.
- Help customers establish effective workflows and best practices using memoQ.
- Monitor customer accounts, flag potential risks, and proactively reach out to support high-growth or at-risk accounts.
- Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
- Share customer feedback, pain points, and insights with the team to improve services and products.
- Collaborate with support and product teams to assist customers with resolving issues.
- Work with the marketing team to promote region-specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Support marketing activities and events
- Develop a good understanding of customer needs and help foster positive, long-term relationships

- Up to 3 years of experience in account management or customer service is a plus
- Has experience in SaaS sales processes and the localization industry with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships to support customer success.
- Proven proficiency in Canadian French and English (both written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional environment; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
- Understanding of sales principles, with enthusiasm for upselling and cross-selling
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in sales and client care
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Eagerness to learn about data management, reporting, and tools like HubSpot
- Readiness to comply with memoQ standards
- Motivated, dedicated, and eager to develop a career in account management
