You are an ideal candidate if you have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Being familiar with CAT tools, TMSs, and the translation (technology) industry is a big advantage!

What you’ll do in this role at memoQ
- Own and evolve the digital marketing strategy across channels (web, paid media, email, SEO, automation), aligned with revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team fostering accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Act as HubSpot power user and system owner (CRM, Marketing Hub, automation, reporting)
- Design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle programs (lead gen, nurturing, scoring, handover to sales)
- Continuously improve marketing automation workflows, leveraging AI tools for personalization, segmentation, and efficiency
- Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing tools (content generation, predictive analytics, campaign optimization)
- Identify and implement new technologies to scale performance and reduce manual effort
- Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, martech, and digital experience optimization
- Plan and execute integrated global campaigns, including PPC, paid social, and account-based marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Own experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, CRO, landing page optimization)
- Own the website roadmap and performance, working closely with developers and content teams
- Oversee CMS operations, UX improvements, and SEO initiatives
- Ensure site performance, security, and scalability in collaboration with infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare)
- Build and maintain end-to-end reporting frameworks (HubSpot + BI tools)
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Report regularly on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROI
- Manage relationships with agencies and technology vendors
- Own and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable impact
- Manage releases on the Marketing side
- Onboard, train, manage new and existing team members with the support of the Head of Marketing and seniors / other team leads.

- College or university degree in economics/marketing
- Leadership skills
- 4-5 years of experience in managing teams and/or vendors in digital marketing
- Strong ability to execute multiple projects and tasks on time
- Data-driven, results-focused and tech-savvy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Open to learn about new methods and techniques
- Accuracy, exceptional analytical skills, detail-oriented
- Strong experience with HubSpot, and CMS systems (like WordPress)
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Proficient in written and spoken English
