16:00 CEST (10 AM EST) 17 July, 2025
Mistranslations, the incorrect use of terms, or even misunderstandings in cross-departmental communications can all slow you down. Using the correct terminology consistently is a key factor in any organization.
In this webinar, you can learn how memoQ TMS is so much more than a translation management system: it’s a tool to help you start consciously working with your terminology within and even beyond your localization teams.

We will also be joined by Valentina Goldin, who will share a case study of how the MED-EL Medical Electronics team uses different terminology tools in their translations and day-to-day work. Qterm is used in over 40 languages for both translation and quality assurance within memoQ; Qterm is also integrated with termFinder to optimize terminology management.

Inès Berbudeau – Trainer, memoQ
With a master’s in translation and interpretation, Inès brings both expertise and an engaging presence to the topic of language technology. For over a decade, she was an integral part of the Canadian translation industry, where she took on diverse roles, from managing projects to fine-tuning translations as an editor. She navigated the complex landscape of language with skill and dedication. In 2023, Inès joined memoQ as a Technical Solutions Specialist for the Americas Hub. In this role, she worked closely with clients to understand their specific needs and helped them get the most out of the tool through customized training. After relocating to Hungary, she joined the Training Hub as a full-time Trainer.
Zsófia Lelner – Product Marketing Specialist, memoQ
Zsófia has a solid background in languages: after working as an interpreter and translator in London where she moved on a whim at 19, she obtained her degree in Theoretical Linguistics and Computational Linguistics. After becoming a marketing professional, she was thrilled to join the memoQ team as a Content Marketing Specialist in 2021, where her two loves, storytelling and the language industry, came together. She transitioned to a Product Marketing role in 2024, where she is still telling stories: she loves showing memoQ’s magic to others, both internally (as sales enablement tools), and externally, to customers and end users.
Valentina Goldin – Advanced Project Manager, MED-EL
Valentina Goldin was born in Italy and studied Translation Studies in Genoa and in Innsbruck. She worked for several years as a freelance and later as a staff interpreter and translator before joining MED-EL, where she now serves as Advanced Project Manager for Translations in the Corporate Marketing department. At MED-EL, Valentina is the memoQ Administrator and an active member of the terminology team. One of her key responsibilities is to streamline and optimize translation processes across the company.
Levente Galbáts – Software Solution Engineer, memoQ
Levente got to know translation technologies during his studies as a translator/interpreter, after which he immediately established himself as a Support Engineer at memoQ. Since then, he has moved on to become a Solution Engineer involved in the pre-sales process and is familiar with a variety of memoQ-related fields and functions.
