Chief Growth Officer
At memoQ, we’re on a mission to help enterprises create, manage, and deliver multilingual content efficiently and securely, at global scale. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Chief Growth Officer to lead our next phase of growth and help strengthen our position in key enterprise markets.
As Chief Growth Officer, you will own memoQ’s growth strategy and lead its execution across marketing, product marketing, brand, demand generation, and partner-led growth. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our presence in regulated and high-assurance industries such as financial services, government, life sciences, and gaming, while building the go-to-market capabilities needed to support sustainable long-term growth.

What you’ll do in this role at memoQ
Define and execute the growth strategy
- Lead the development and execution of memoQ’s company-wide growth strategy.
- Drive the company’s strategic positioning towards regulated and high-assurance enterprise buyers.
- Develop segment-specific go-to-market strategies and playbooks for priority industries.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and the executive team to align growth priorities and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercial model decisions to support sustainable revenue growth.
Accelerate enterprise demand generation
- Build and scale an account-based growth motion targeting enterprise buying committees.
- Lead digital demand generation, website strategy, content operations, marketing automation, SEO/AEO, and performance measurement.
- Strengthen memoQ’s competitive positioning through market intelligence and differentiated messaging.
- Elevate security, compliance, and trust as key growth enablers.
- Guide analyst, industry, and influencer relations to increase visibility and credibility.
- Provide strategic direction for the event and conference portfolio, ensuring measurable contribution to qualified enterprise pipeline.
Strengthen brand, product marketing, and market positioning
- Ensure a strong, consistent, and credible brand presence across all channels.
- Lead the strategic direction of product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launch readiness, sales enablement, and market feedback integration.
- Develop compelling customer proof points through reference programs, case studies, advocacy initiatives, and success stories.
- Shape memoQ’s market narrative around AI and automation with an evidence-based, customer-focused approach.
Drive partner and market expansion
- Expand the contribution of partners, channels, and strategic alliances to company growth.
- Support growth initiatives related to Language Intelligence Corporation and the Fluent product line.
- Identify and evaluate new geographic markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Build scalable routes to market that increase reach and strengthen competitive advantage.
Lead people, operations, and business performance
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing growth and marketing organization.
- Strengthen collaboration, accountability, and a growth-oriented culture across the team.
- Establish efficient processes, governance, and operating rhythms supporting growth objectives.
- Own growth-related budgeting, resource planning, and performance management.
- Monitor and optimize the return on growth investments through data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales on pipeline generation and deal support, with Product on roadmap and launches.
What we think will help you succeed in this role
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS environments serving large organizations.
- Proven track record working with regulated or high-assurance industries such as financial services, government, life sciences, defense, or similar sectors.
- Experience building and scaling account-based go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success leading repositioning, transformation, or category-creation initiatives.
- Strong people leadership experience, including managing teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Excellent business acumen with a strong understanding of commercial performance, pricing, and return on investment.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities with the ability to align Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with HubSpot, localization, translation technology, or related content and data infrastructure markets is a plus.
