- Kilgray changes its name, based on its flagship product, to memoQ Translation Technologies
- memoQ ranks as the fastest growing TMS on SaaS 1000
- The establishment of memoQ Canada
2012 – 2014
- memoQ wins the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award. In 2012, memoQ was ranked 3rd among Hungary’s fastest-growing technology companies, and 23rd in the Central European Fast 50 ranking. The program ranks 50 fast-growing technology companies, public or private, based on percentage revenue growth.
- memoQ wins the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award for the second time. In 2013, memoQ was ranked 2nd in Hungary, and 13th in the Central European Fast 50 ranking.
- memoQ wins its third Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award in the Central European region.
2007-2010
- First-ever memoQ server sold
- memoQ Germany was founded; The very first memoQfest was held
- The introduction of Qterm, the advanced terminology management system built on memoQ fundamentals
2004 – 2006
- memoQ was created by three passionate language technologists in 2004. While working on several collaborative translation projects at the time, they envisioned a new translation management system.
- Kilgray Translation Technologies was founded.
- The first recorded use of memoQ server memoQ version 1.1 along with memoQ server released to the public in April, followed by memoQ 2.0 in November; the first memoQ license was sold to a Hungarian translator
