The purpose of this role is to participate in the planning, execution, and optimization of memoQ’s digital marketing efforts. Create and manage marketing campaigns and activities with the help of senior members of the marketing team and provide holistic support for the whole marketing team.

This position is waiting for you if you are familiar with the basics of the digital marketing mix and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior, you are able to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ideas.

You are an ideal candidate if you have one to two years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Being familiar with CAT tools, TMSs, and the translation (technology) industry is a big advantage!

As an important member of memoQ’s Marketing Team, you will:

  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
  • Actively participate in memoQ’s email and other automation efforts
  • Work on digital analytics to gather information from web and social media channels and tools
  • Actively participate in managing memoQ’s websites and other digital platforms (by using content management tools for example)
  • Actively participate in digital marketing campaigns and project management 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create marketing materials (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team with project organization
  • Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists
  • Help in the creation of client interviews and testimonials
  • Support the Content Marketing Specialist in composing and posting content for the company’s social media channels and websites
  • Collaborate with the Training Hub in video creation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing 
  • Data-driven, results-focused and tech-savvy 
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in B2B
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team 
  • Self-motivated to learn about new methods and techniques 
  • Proficient in English  
  • Accuracy, exceptional analytical skills, detail-oriented 
  • Strong ability to execute multiple campaigns and tasks on time 
  • Up-to-date on the current digital trends
  • Advantage: experience with CRM and MA tools; experience with CMSs.
