Early days
Kraus & Naimer were looking for an on-premise solution that would conform to their internal security and IT policies. All their questions were answered during the online meetings, and thanks to the recordings of the training, they can now use them as a reference guide.
The team has been extremely satisfied with the technical support of memoQ as all their minor issues were promptly resolved.

The alignment function allows Kraus & Naimer to integrate existing translations collected over many years in a neat and practical manner.
Terminology of various sources, such as their product database, will be evaluated and subsequently imported into the memoQ term base, to enhance consistency.
