No, you are free to process an unlimited number of characters in any of the memoQ TMS pricing plans, free of charge.
Perpetual license holders: No, your memoQ TMS license is permanent and will not be affected by the new pricing. SMA renewal is not affected either.
Subscription license holders: Your existing plan remains active at least until your renewal date in 2025. When your renewal date is approaching, please make sure to contact your Account Manager—we are here to assist you in any way we can.
Current memoQ TMS customers with subscription license will continue with the terms and pricing of their original agreement until the end of their current subscription term. Perpetual memoQ TMS users have purchased the license permanently.
Yes, more Linguist licenses can be added to your plan. If you are a memoQ TMS Starter customer on a monthly subscription, you will be able to add these licenses directly from your my memoQ account. If you are on an annual subscription or on another memoQ TMS plan, please get in touch with our sales team.
Both PM and Linguist licenses can be used in the desktop client (memoQ translator pro and memoQ project manager) or in the browser (memoQweb and webtrans).
We accept various payment methods: credit cards for memoQ TMS Starter subscribers; and bank transfers or credit card payment for higher tiers.
Customers who have Starter subscription can choose between monthly or yearly billing cycle. Essential and Professional options are available only on annual basis. Custom TMS solutions are based on terms of a specific arrangement.
If you are purchasing a memoQ TMS Starter tier monthly subscription directly from our website, you can choose between EUR and USD currencies. If you are purchasing any other memoQ TMS plans with our sales team’s assistance, you can choose EUR, USD, CAD, HUF or JPY for your invoices.
