Epic needed to reduce the human effort required to translate a wide array of complex documents and support a high volume of strings generated in-house. They required a flexible solution that could accommodate diverse use cases, including string ID matching, an essential feature for maintaining consistency. Their prior TMS lacked robust support for sharing and collaborating across a large group of translators, which created bottlenecks and slowed progress.
