翻訳された文章は、翻訳者だけでなく、その分野の専門家（多くの場合ターゲット言語を使う国に住んでいる人）もレビューすることがあります。memoQは、インカントリーレビュー担当者の仕事をさらに円滑にするレビューツールを導入しました。プロジェクト管理者またはmemoQ TMSから提供されたリンクを使いインカントリーレビュー担当者は、自分のコンピュータにmemoQをインストールしなくても、ブラウザ上で割り当てられた翻訳をレビューしたり、主に翻訳者向けに設計されたWebTransなどのオプションを使用したりできます。memoQ 10.1では、翻訳にコメントする、ほかのプロジェクト参加者のコメントを表示する、参照ファイルをダウンロードする、単語や表現を検索するといったことができます。今後のmemoQリリースでは、さらに機能を追加して改善を行う予定です。

今回新たに導入されたインカントリーレビュー用のオンラインツールにより、プロジェクト管理者もインカントリーレビュー担当者と同じくらい多くのメリットを享受できます。たとえば、プロジェクト管理者はインカントリーレビュー担当者 (ICR) が何を表示でき何ができるかを設定したり、プロジェクトにすでに追加されているリソースから参照ファイル、用語ベース、翻訳対象外を選択してICRのエクスペリエンスをカスタマイズする、指示付のメッセージを含めるなどを設定できます。全体としてユーザー管理やプロジェクトの設定がより洗練されています。今後のmemoQリリースでは、さらに機能を追加して改善を行う予定です。

機械翻訳では品質が問題になることがありますが、AIQEを利用することで、翻訳会社や企業は効果的にそのような信頼性に欠ける品質に伴うリスクに対処できます。多くの機械翻訳エンジンと統合できるmemoQでは、ユーザーがそうした機械翻訳エンジンをより効果的に活用できるように、TAUSやModelFrontとの連携によるAIQE（人工知能ベースの品質評価）を導入しました。memoQ 10.1においてAIQEは、機械翻訳コンテンツの品質に関する適切な指針を提供するので、翻訳会社や企業は、コストと時間を節約しながら機械翻訳技術のメリットをさらに享受できます。今後も開発を続けることで、AIQEは最終的に、品質を確保した上でローカリゼーションワークフローを完全に自動化し、機械翻訳使用のリスク低減によりユーザー効率を高め、さまざまな機械翻訳エンジンの有効性の迅速な比較やポストエディットに費やす時間の削減を実現します。

WebTransのアクセシビリティ
WebTransが画面読み上げソフトウェアをサポート、視覚障害のある翻訳者も作業しやすく
翻訳管理システムは、翻訳者一人ひとりの成功を支援するものでなくてはなりません。そのため、私たちは視覚障害のある翻訳者を含め、memoQを必要とするすべての人がmemoQを利用できるようにしたいと考えています。memoQ 10.1ではWebTransにアクセシビリティモードを導入し、それを実現しました。
アクセシビリティモードボタンを押すと、テキストフィールドがコンテンツの入った翻訳グリッドセルに重なるので、JAWSなどの画面読み上げソフトウェアを使用しながらセグメントの読み取りや編集ができます。
インラインタグとフォーマットタグは、これらのテキストフィールドに生のテキストとして表示されます。そのため、画面読み上げソフトウェアがこれらのタグを読み上げ、ユーザーはタグをテキストから分離できます。

機械翻訳で改善されたこと：DeepL
DeepLの用語機能が改善され、サブ言語付きの言語を扱うユーザーにとって便利に
現在 、DeepLの用語集機能は、サブ言語を含まない限られた言語でのみ使用できます。そのため、サブ言語を含む言語を扱うユーザーにはさまざまな制限がありました。10.1では調整を加えて、memoQはサブ言語を含まない言語情報のみをDeepL用語集リクエストに送信し、この問題を解決しています。サブ言語は翻訳リクエストのためにそのままにします（翻訳中にサブ言語をDeepLが処理するため）。
古いメール通知をクリーンアップ
古いデータを削除し、古いメール通知をクリーンアップすることでサーバーのパフォーマンスを向上
memoQ TMSは、サーバーからプロジェクト参加者に送信された古いメールや通知のデータを大量に保存しています。これによりサーバーのパフォーマンスが低下することがあります。
10.1では、簡単な操作で古いデータを削除してサーバーのパフォーマンスを向上させることができるようになりました。サーバー管理者とプロジェクト管理者は、古いメール通知を削除することができます。すべてのサーバープロジェクトに関連付けられている個々のメールはすべてクリーンアップされますが、メールの日付と件名は非アクティブ通知として保存されます。
1回ごとに操作してクリーンアップすることも、毎日の定期データクリーンアップを設定することもできます。
PPTX：モダンコメントを翻訳可能なセグメントとしてインポート
PPTXモダンコメントが翻訳可能な文字列としてインポート
モダンコメントは、従来のコメントに加えて数年前にMicrosoft PowerPointに導入されて以来、利用されることがますます増えています。
これまで、memoQは（翻訳管理システムも）モダンコメントをインポートできず、手動でコピー＆ペーストするしかありませんでした。しかし、memoQ 10.1以降、モダンコメントも文字列としてインポートされるため、memoQで翻訳した訳文ファイルでも表示させることができます。
ユーザーリクエストによるその他の機能と調整
- テンプレートの自動操作で数字のみのセグメントを自動記入
- デスクトップクライアントにおいてワンクリックでプロジェクトのすべてのメールを無効にする
- プロジェクト管理者は、ワンクリックでプロジェクト内のフィルタリングされたまたはすべてのユーザーを選択できる
