What you’ll do in this role at memoQ

As a member of memoQ’s Technical Communication Team, you will

  • Document software features in our product ecosystem and make our customers’ lives easier.
  • Write user assistance content.
  • Take care of UI and UA localization projects.
  • Work with the Technical Communication Team lead on streamlining the team’s processes – discover automation possibilities.
  • Be encouraged to constantly learn and grow as a writer as it suits you best, like attending workshops, confrerences, or read as many books as you want from our library.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in tech writing (required)
  • You communicate easily with several stakeholders to get the information you need

  • We write content in Madcap Flare
  • We prepare localization projects and do translation in memoQ (what else?)
  • We store our content in Gitlab
  • We automate things with PowerShell scripts
  • We do text processing with PowerGREP
